GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract

The contract entered into between the Owner and the Customer (i.e. the individual who makes the purchase on the Site, not related to his commercial, business or professional activity) shall be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by the Owner. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, the Owner shall in any case promptly notify the Customer.

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase process and that he accepts these general conditions in full.

These Conditions may be printed or saved on a durable medium, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Article 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

Methods of sale

The products offered for sale by the Owner are only those present on the maisondressage.com site at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relative information sheets.

It remains in any case understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in colour and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).

In order to place an Order, the Customer shall follow the purchase instructions in the "Shop" section up to the final check out including payment, after having carefully examined the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to purchase. The Customer shall also request the Holder, if he so wishes, to issue a fiscal invoice for the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972, at the time of purchase.

Correct receipt of the Order shall be confirmed by the Holder by means of an e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message shall summarise the conditions of purchase, as provided for by the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the latter can check them and, if necessary, communicate the necessary corrections of incorrect data without delay.

Complaints and information requests

Any complaints or requests for information may be addressed to the Controller by email info@maisondressage.com, by whatsapp or by filling in the appropriate Form.

Privacy

The personal data collected with the forwarding of the Order will be treated by the Owner of this website for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the privacy policy. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

Applicable law

The contract of sale referred to in these Conditions and its execution shall be governed by Italian Law, with the disapplication of the conflict of laws rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. For the solution of the relative disputes the Court of Trieste shall be competent.

Copyright

Trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs on the site belong to their respective owners. The use of trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs including their reproduction on other websites by unauthorised third parties is prohibited. The contents of the site are protected by copyright (logos, texts, images and graphics).

Agreement

The contract replaces all previous contracts, agreements and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter of the contract, together with the order, the general conditions relating to the use of the site and the conditions relating to the registration service. Any change or modification of the contract must be accepted in writing by both parties.

Communications

All communications between the parties shall be in writing and sent to the address of the other party indicated in the contract and in the order. Notices shall also be in writing if sent to the e-mail address of the other party as indicated on the website and in the order.

Notices concerning the validity or existence of this Agreement shall be delivered exclusively by hand or sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
