All orders are processed in Trieste, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are not received/processed on weekends or holidays.

All products available on our website are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

Products marked "ON REQUEST" are produced after receipt of payment and take 6 working days to be completed and shipped.

Bespoke orders (custom sizes or agreed changes to one of our items) may take longer to process, depending on the type of work required. Contact us (link) to find out more.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that delivery times may vary and we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond our control, but our Customer Service team is always available to help you find a solution.

Orders destined for Italy are expected to be delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch.

Orders destined for the European Union are expected to be delivered within 2-5 working days from the time of dispatch.

SHIPPING COSTS

We use an express courier for shipments in Italy and abroad (we rely on major companies such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, BRT, etc). International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties and fees associated with shipping and purchasing in their respective countries. The cost of shipping is indicated at the time of check out for your purchase, depending on the country of destination. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any specific requirements regarding shipping method.
