RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us.

Our production is strictly handcrafted and by hand. Due to the unique, hand-crafted nature of all products, some articles of the same model may sometimes differ slightly from each other. All our products are made from vegetable-tanned leather of the highest quality, but we would like to point out that this, due to its natural characteristics, may not have a perfectly uniform surface (veins or tiny scars on the leather make each piece unique).

Each item is carefully checked and tested in all its parts before being shipped to ensure that it does not have any manufacturing defects.

Please note that the colours shown on the monitor may vary slightly from the colour of the item you wish to receive.

We invite you to ask us as many questions as possible in case you have any doubts, so that you can be sure to receive what you are looking for.

In any case, if you are not satisfied with what you have purchased or you believe you have received a defective item or one that does not meet your expectations, please contact us throughCustomer Service and we will try to find a solution together, in accordance with the following rules:

- for products available at the time of purchase:

If the article has obvious manufacturing defects, the return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by MAISON DRESSAGE. The method of reimbursement in the case of a return shall be agreed with the Customer. In the absence of obvious manufacturing defects, the shipping costs for any return/exchange will be borne by the Customer. In any case, any request for return/exchange must be communicated toCustomer Service within 14 working days of delivery of the product.

- for products indicated as "ON DEMAND" at the time of purchase:

If the article has obvious manufacturing defects, the return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by MAISON DRESSAGE. The method of reimbursement in the case of a return shall be agreed with the Customer. In the absence of obvious manufacturing defects, it will not be possible to make an exchange and/or request a refund. In any case, any request for return/exchange must be communicated to Customer Service **link** within 14 working days from the time of delivery of the product.

- for products made to the customer's specifications (custom sizes or variations on the original model agreed before purchase):

If the article has obvious manufacturing defects, the return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by MAISON DRESSAGE. The method of reimbursement in the case of a return shall be agreed with the Customer. In the absence of obvious manufacturing defects, it will not be possible to make an exchange and/or request a refund.
